Meet Laine Karwoski, mover, motivator, master of mixing things up—and your new iFIT Trainer! From hiking trails and bike paths to barre classes and strength training, her approach to fitness is all about balance and variety. Her athletic journey began on the water as a Division 1 rower at the University of Wisconsin and eventually led her to Boston, where she pursued life as a professional athlete and fitness instructor. Whether she’s running marathons, rowing out on the open water, or coaching postpartum moms, Laine brings passion and purpose to each workout. She is certified in pre- and post-natal fitness and believes that everyone, no matter where they are in their fitness journey, deserves to feel supported, strong, and capable. Her daily mantra?
