Strengthen, flow, and sweat with the HIIT Yoga Strength Series
Want to challenge yourself, boost your energy, and focus on building strength? The HIIT Yoga Strength Series with iFIT Trainer Anamaria Ramirez is here to help you do just that. This nine-week program combines yoga with strength training and HIIT-style cardio in a progressive but attainable program.

What makes this program unique?
Unlike a traditional strength training program that focuses on one style, this program blends it with bursts of cardio and a mindful yoga flow. Ech workout is mindfully designed to target the entire body to help you improve flexibility, build strength, and elevate your heart rate to make the most of your time.
How it works

This series is meant to be completed over nine weeks with three workouts per week. They start at just 15 minutes and gradually progress up to 30 minutes. This approach helps you ease into the program as you develop consistency and challenge yourself at a pace that feels right for you. Some workouts use resistance bands and dumbbells, while others just use bodyweight, making it easy to modify as needed.
Whether you’re new to fitness or looking for a fresh way to level up your routine, these workouts are designed to meet you where you are and take your fitness to the next level.
