These exercises complement your fitness journey, boosting overall performance. Plus, completing multiple exercises in the Challenge unlocks more iFIT Milestones, celebrating your progress with exclusive rewards. Complete the workouts from your selected Challenge level by March 31, 2024, and earn a digital reward viewable in your Trophy Case. Complete all three Challenge levels and earn three digital rewards!
