Starting March 23, the iFIT community is invited to try something groundbreaking.

The BullyJuice 45-Day Bodyweight Challenge is a 45-day designed to build strength, discipline, and consistency- no equipment required. From March 23 through May 7, 2026, participants will complete 45 bodyweight strength workouts led by one of the most recognizable names in online fitness.

This is more than a program: it’s a movement.

Who is Darryl “BullyJuice” Williams?

BullyJuice is one of the most influential voices in bodyweight training. Known for his high-energy coaching style and no-excuses mindset, he’s built a global following by proving you don’t need a gym full of equipment to build strength: you just need consistency.

You may also recognize BullyJuice from iFIT Trainer Games, the reality competition series where fitness coaches compete in physical and mental challenges. His incredible determination and competitive spirit made him a standout competitor and reinforced what his community already knows: he’s all about pushing limits and helping others do the same.

Now, he’s bringing that same energy to iFIT with this Challenge.

Commit to 45 days

Ready to show up for yourself? This Challenge asks you to commit to 45 days and 45 bodyweight workouts designed to build strength and endurance. Each workout is between 10 and 30 minutes, gradually increasing in intensity as you progress. Because these workouts use bodyweight, you can complete them anywhere and anytime- whatever works best for you.

Weekly live check-ins with BullyJuice

To help you stay motivated and accountable throughout the Challenge, BullyJuice will host weekly live check-ins on iFIT’s Facebook page. These sessions will include:

  • Q&A with participants

  • Celebrating community wins and progress

  • Reinforcing the mindset you need to finish strong

This gives you the chance to connect with BullyJuice while being part of a larger community working toward the same goal.

BullyJuice 45-Day Transformation Challenge Sweepstakes

You’ll earn a digital reward for your Trophy Case when you complete the Challenge, but you can also enter sweepstakes to elevate your routine.

To be eligible:

  • You must be a U.S. resident

  • Complete the entry form

  • Finish all 45 workouts during the Challenge period

One entrant will receive:

  • A set of NordicTrack Select-A-Weight dumbbells

  • A one-on-one video call with BullyJuice to discuss their fitness goals and plan their next training steps
