January is all about fresh starts and finding your rhythm again. This year, iFIT is kicking off the new year with a challenge that brings the energy from the screen to your workouts.
The Trainer Game On Challenge is inspired by Trainer Games, iFIT’s reality competition series launching in January, 2026. You’ll train alongside familiar faces, including Amanda Kloots, host of Trainer Games, and iFIT Trainers Ashley Paulson, Hannah Eden, and John Peel.
Whether you’re jumping into the new year ready to push your limits or easing back into a routine, this challenge will help you show up, stay consistent, and have some fun along the way.
Complete the workouts from your selected Challenge level by January 31, 2026 and you’ll earn this digital reward for your Trophy Case.
Here are this month’s challenges:
Treadmill and elliptical workouts

Walking and Running: Get moving with engaging walks and runs alongside your Trainer Games team. Walk in Mauritius with Amanda Kloots, run and hike in Miami and Japan with Ashley Paulson, run and walk your way through Portugal and Bolivia with Hannah Eden, and then head to Vietnam and Australia to walk with John Peel.

Cycling workouts

Cycling: Complete high energy rides with your Trainer Games team! Ride through Canada and the Caribbean with Ashley Paulson, cycle in California and Wyoming with Hannah Eden, then explore on your bike in Hawaii and Australia with John Peel.

Rower workouts

Rowing: Join the Trainer Games team in the iFIT studio for high energy rowing! Focus on strength and endurance with HIIT workouts alongside Hannah Eden, then take things up a notch with John Peel as you complete the first three workouts in his Power HIIT and Core Series- Phase 2.

Strength: Focus on strength led by your Trainer Games crew! ead to the iFIT Studio with Ashley Paulson for kickboxing and bodyweight workouts, then head across the pond to the United Kingdom for strength training with John Peel, and wrap things up in Portugal with Hannah Eden with bodyweight moves.
