Commit to Fitness Challenge: Make the Most of October with iFIT

READ TIME:2 min.

October is here, and with it comes the first step in iFIT’s Finish Strong journey, a three-month push to help you stay committed to your health and fitness goals during the busiest time of the year. The first month? Commit to Fitness.

As the seasons shift and schedules get packed, finding time for yourself can be difficult. That’s why this Challenge has workouts that are efficient, effective, and under 30 minutes. Whether it’s a quick treadmill session, a strength workout, or a yoga flow, you’ll find options designed to keep you moving without overwhelming your calendar.

And this is just the beginning. Our push to Finish Strong continues in the months ahead. Each month will bring new opportunities to challenge yourself and finish the year feeling strong, confident, and proud of the work you’ve put in.

Complete the workouts from your selected Challenge level by October 31, 2025 and you’ll earn this digital reward for your Trophy Case
