Road to the Finish Line: Heather Jenson Shares Her Boston Marathon® Journey

As the Official Connected Treadmill and Digital Fitness Content Subscription partner of the 127th Boston Marathon®, iFIT sat down recently with trainer Heather Jenson as she prepares for Marathon Monday on April 17 and asked her to share her favorite Boston Marathon® memories. You’ve run the Boston Marathon® several times, including with iFIT in 2021. Is there a special moment that stands out from that year?

Heather: “I loved running a portion of the race with Chris Nikic. He is an amazing athlete that has Down Syndrome, and he is proving that anything is possible. And running it with [the iFIT Community] is my favorite memory. There’s nothing that will compare to that for me.”

Is there anything you want to say to the iFIT Community before running this year’s Boston Marathon®?

Heather: “I am so excited, and I hope you’ll come along with all of us trainers that are running it. I hope to see you either in person or on your machine with me!”

This three-month iFIT Challenge will help you build healthy habits and maintain motivation in the new year.
