The beginning of the holiday season has finally arrived, which means many of us will have busier schedules. In the whirlwind of preparing for upcoming festivities, planning get-togethers, and everything in between, you may find yourself short on time and unable to hop into lengthy workouts. If this sounds like you, this month’s Challenge has your name written on it!
The Time Crunch Challenge is all about short workouts. Whether you’re looking for quick workouts to fit your schedule or a way to ramp up your 2022 milestone count, the November Challenge is the perfect way to stay active through the holidays. With each workout just 20 minutes or less, it’s easy to keep iFIT in your plans!
If you complete all of the workouts from your selected level for the Time Crunch Challenge by November 30, 2022, you’ll instantly earn an exclusive reward that will be viewable in your Trophy Case! Once you’ve completed the Challenge, you can download your shareable reward.
Here are this month’s Challenge levels:
Treadmill and elliptical workouts

Fresh Start Challenge
Are you ready to take on the new year and unleash your potential? Commit to your fitness in 2021 with our Fresh Start Challenge! This three-month iFIT Challenge will help you build healthy habits and maintain motivation in the new year. The Fresh Start Challenge focuses on the foundations of consistency, which can take your training to new heights! To complete the Challenge, finish 12 iFIT workouts each month from January through March. Any iFIT workout counts, including outdoor, studio, mobile app, and TV app workouts. (Manual workouts do not count toward this Challenge.) Complete all of your workouts by March 31, 2021 to earn your exclusive reward.
