Feel the Jingle Bell Burn in the Frost & Flex Challenge

‘Tis the season to be strong! Four of your favorite iFIT Trainers have joined forces for an unforgettable holiday-themed experience in the Frost and Flex Challenge.

Head to the iFIT Studio with iFIT Trainers John Peel, Ashley Paulson, Hannah Eden, and Paulo Barreto for five strength workouts. You’ll focus on building total-body strength with each of the five workouts, sure to make you feel merry and bright in less than 15 minutes!

Complete these workouts from the Challenge by December 31, 2024, and earn a digital reward viewable in your Trophy Case. 

Here is this month’s Challenge:

Strength workouts

Complete all five strength workouts in the Frost & Flex Challenge this month. These studio workouts are each 15 minutes or less, focusing on total body strength exercises perfect for all experience levels. Each workout features a duo of iFIT Trainers, with a final workout featuring all four trainers together. It’s sure to be a holly jolly good time!
